Urbana Phase II comprises 2 towers of G+40 and 1 tower of G+50 ( 200mH), providing 750 apartments / 200,000m2 / parking for 1335 cars.
Together with phase I, the total Urbana development will provide 1900 apartments, parking for 3,800 cars and 500,000m2 development.
Work on site is due to commence late 2017.
Using lessons learned from phase 1, a 2 year construction time frame is targetted. Initiatives will include minimising internal shear walls and block work and, and maximising the use of facade panels and windows.
