Unimark Riviera won the Realty Plus Excellence Awards (East) 2017 for Best Low Cost Housing.

aCTa were presented the challenge to maximize the number of units that had views of Mother Ganges / River Hooghly whilst minimizing costs for this glorious 5.5 acre site in Uttarpara, Kolkata.

With river view apartments achieving a premium of 15%, we achieved river views for 85% of the almost 500 units.

In addition, although construction costs are similar to competing developments , the perceived quality of our design has created record prices and achieved for the Client a premium of 75% above his initial sales price expectation whilst maintaining construction costs.

Units are set at 45 degree to the core of the building but awkward junctions and useless spaces are avoided by separating the units from the core.  This also permits each apartment to enjoy substantial cooling cross ventilation from the river.

A river walk park and infinity edge pool completes the luxury.

Residents can also enjoy the retail located at the street side of the development.
