Total development  will comprise 300 houses in 6 distinct configurations ranging from small terrace to custom designed villas.

aCTa’s concept centered the whole development around a tree lined and house- free route through the spine of the site with the clubhouse placed strategically at the heart of the site at a key vista on entrance.

Our scheme was the only entrant which achieved maximum number of houses.

In addition, the houses are 100% Vastu compliant.

Project will target a gold LEED rating, but is on hold pending land issues.
