Located in the heart of Hong Kong’s most valuable real estate in Central, Stephen redesigned the podium inside and out, in a style befitting its status and tenants which include Chanel, Cartier, Dunhill , Boss and Berluti as a Director at Aedas.

The most complicated aspect was constructing this comprehensive redevelopment whilst the building was still in occupation.
