Constructed for US$250/m2, Pinnacle comprises 10 floors of 2,000m2 floor plates above 6 floors of above ground level car parking.

We persuaded the client to spend money on the external louvres which in turn permitted the introduction of clearer glazing and brighter interiors. The bright primary coloured glazing provided an element of vitality and contrast at the 'smoking' balconies. Pricewaterhouse  Coopers are an anchor tenant.
