Competition-winning design for this 180,000m2 mixed commercial development comprising a 250 key 5* hotel, luxury residential apartments and retail in a site overlooking a beautiful park immediately adjacent.

Our concept was simple- to bring the park into the development.

The park would wrap up and over the retail podium creating green terraces for restaurants and bars.

The hotel and apartments would be lifted above the terraces and enjoy their own dedicated roof top park at the 20th floor.

As the lower reaches of the park would be accessible to the public, we introduced a private park at an intermediate level.
