Stephen was Design Director at Aedas for the 200,000m2 phase 1 which comprised a 40-storey  80,000m2 office tower pre-let to PwC and a 40 storey, 500 apartment  residential tower linked by a 40,000 multi level podium.
The architecture sought to fuse the podium with the towers organically and to break down the mass of the towers with  huge vertical splits.
The organic language continues into the towers to avoid the typical square form so prevalent of speculative commercial towers.
