The distinctive profile is derived from incorporating GFA-free triple height external terraces in a dynamic way by stacking and sliding 5 glass boxes. These terraces will be lushly planted and provide valuable break out space.

Core is placed asymmetrically and only 4 further columns are required to create column free space in this steel framed building..

A 6th box, wrapped in granite slides towards the street to announce the buildings presence on Shakespeare Sarani with some element of retail, and at the same time create a triple height entrance in the South East corner.

Ideal orientation with short facades to east and west allowed maximum use of low E glazing to maximize daylight into office and minimize artificial lighting a prime energy user. Further green initiatives ensure building will achieve Gold LEED rating.
