aCTa are award- winning architects based in Singapore established in 2004 by Stephen Coates following a distinguished career that began in London and continued in Hong Kong where he was a founding Executive Director of Aedas.

aCTa creates and delivers original design solutions by leading and working with other consultants including architects across Asia for a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, master planning, retail, hospitality, industrial and infrastructure.

Our ability to design aspirational concepts is perhaps most powerfully demonstrated by winning each of the last 4 design competitions we have entered and which ranged from mixed use commercial developments to a 100 acre master plan for a new town.

Our experience extends beyond winning design competitions- we oversaw the delivery of the largest private development in East India, Urbana in Kolkata. 60 acres. 1200 apartments. 350,000m2.
